WE WILL NOT SHIP TO AN ADDRESS OTHER THAN THE CREDIT
CARD BILLING ADDRESS, UNLESS YOU ARE A VERIFIED WHOLESALE CUSTOMER. ANYONE ATTEMPTING CREDIT CARD FRAUD WILL BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW. WE CONTACT EVERY CUSTOMER BY PHONE BEFORE SHIPPING.
SHIPPING
Please allow at least 1 week for delivery. Your order will ship
after payment is received and confirmed. Special and
private label orders may take longer. All orders are
shipped via UPS unless specified otherwise. UPS does
not deliver to PO Boxes. We insure all of our shipments
for the value of the order. All orders are sent with
signature authorization.
30 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY
420 Gear offers a 30-day limited warranty on all of
its garments. We carefully inspect all items before
they leave for shipping. If you receive any items
that are damaged, you must first notify us within
24 hours of receiving your shipment and keep all packaging
and damaged items for the shipper to inspect. Merchandise
that has been damaged during shipping is 100% insured
and will be replaced promptly. Any unused defective
merchandise can be returned within 5 days of receiving
your order. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking
fee and shipping & handling charges. No exceptions.
Used merchandise cannot be returned for any reason.
